About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Tax Director to join our team in Maidstone. As a key member of our tax department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional tax services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the tax department, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery to clients
  • Provide strategic tax advice to a diverse portfolio of clients, including businesses and individuals

  • Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the firm, ensuring that both team members and clients thrive

Candidate Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualified, with significant experience in tax advisory and compliance
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a team of tax professionals
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation, with experience advising both businesses and individuals
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • A strategic thinker, capable of identifying opportunities for business growth and development
