Job Title: Corporate Tax Director
Job Description:
TPF Recruitment is assisting a leading client in Maidstone with the recruitment of a Corporate Tax Director. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients
* Provide high-level tax advisory services and strategic guidance
* Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimise clients' tax positions
* Review and advise on complex corporate tax matters, including M&A transactions and restructuring
* Ensure compliance with relevant tax legislation and regulations
Leadership and Team Management:
* Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support
* Oversee the delivery of high-quality tax services, ensuring deadlines are met
* Promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
Business Development:
* Identify opportunities to expand our client base and grow revenue
* Participate in networking events and industry forums to enhance the firm's reputation and visibility
* Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and initiatives
Requirements:
* ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified (or equivalent) with extensive experience in corporate tax
* Proven history of providing strategic tax advice and managing complex client engagements
* Strong technical expertise in UK corporate tax legislation and compliance requirements
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
* Demonstrable business development acumen with a proven track record of generating new business
