Private Client Tax Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Tax Director to join our team in Maidstone. As a key member of our senior management team, you will lead our tax advisory projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery, and build new business relationships within the region.

Your portfolio will include high-net-worth individuals, non-resident, and non-domiciled clients across the South of England, with a strong presence in London and the Kent & Sussex area. You will be responsible for complex advisory projects, including report preparation and team project management, while supporting the development of junior team members.

We are looking for a CTA-qualified professional with STEP and ACA or ACCA certifications, possessing several years of experience in personal tax advisory and compliance work. Your up-to-date knowledge will enable you to provide expert advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead tax advisory projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery
  • Build new business relationships within the region
  • Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, non-resident, and non-domiciled clients
  • Prepare complex reports and manage team project delivery
  • Support the development of junior team members

Requirements:

  • CTA qualification
  • STEP and ACA or ACCA certifications
  • Several years of experience in personal tax advisory and compliance work
  • Up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations
