Frasers Group is a retail leader with a strong presence in the UK and Europe. We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Security Supervisor to join our team in our Flagship Flannels store in Leeds.

This is a full-time permanent role, 45 hours per week, working 5 days over 7, including a mixture of days, nights, and weekend work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage risk and create a safe and secure shopping and working environment
  • Provide a presence to protect and minimize stock loss in store
  • Assist the store management in making the store a safe and secure place to work and shop
  • Identify and communicate risks, complete safety and security checks, and report information
  • Act as a deterrent on the shop floor and ensure Company policies and standards are adhered to at all times
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a retail environment is essential
  • Committed to working as part of the store team
  • Self-motivated and able to use initiative
  • A confident communicator who can build great relationships with store teams, visitors, and customers
  • Observant and able to detect risk
  • Proven ability to confidently de-escalate challenging situations
