Job Description

This person will be crucial in shaping our CRM solutions and our offering, it requires a blend of expertise across technical, strategic and consultative. Strong Client communication skills are essential as you will bridge the gap between their business needs and the technical execution that's carried out. You will be responsible for overseeing various type of projects such as new implementations, rip out implantations and rebuilds. By conducting in-depth discovery sessions, you will understand exactly what our clients need and be able to design comprehensive and technically specific blueprints for technical specialists to implement.

Responsibilities
  • Minimum 3 years' experience across HubSpot, CRM Solutions, Sales and Marketing
  • Proven success in managing CRM implementations
  • HubSpot and Solutions Architect certifications
  • Excellent client management skills
  • The ability to present complex solutions to board-level executives
  • Previous leadership/management experience is advantageous
