The school is a 5-form entry, with a newly refurbished site and a supportive Senior Leadership team. The successful candidate will be required to effectively support students in the year 2 classroom, with aspects of general support and the opportunity to work with students who require SEN support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support to students in the year 2 classroom
- Assist with general classroom tasks and activities
- Support students with SEN needs
- Work collaboratively with the teaching staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year's experience working in a similar role
- Enhanced DBS on Update Service
- Ability to work effectively with students of all abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
