Key Accountabilities- Lead the development and delivery of performance improvement projects, working closely with stakeholders to identify and address operational challenges.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce delays, and enhance passenger experience.
- Manage a team of technical professionals, providing direction, motivation, and leadership to support the delivery of route and business objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and deliver a programme of change projects, ensuring compliance with company processes and procedures.
- Provide expert operational advice and guidance to sponsors and project teams, ensuring that operational requirements are met and risk assessments are undertaken.
- Lead the review and acceptance of documentation to verify that all necessary operational requirements have been accommodated.
- Manage the development and delivery of a programme of change projects, delivering regular progress reports to Executive Sponsors and Functional Directors.
