About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team of education professionals. As a key member of the teaching team, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support students in a classroom environment
  • Lead small groups and provide one-on-one support outside the classroom
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to enhance the educational experience

Requirements

  • Hold a degree with a minimum classification of 2:2
  • Be driven by a passion for working with students and influencing their lives positively
  • Possess a deep love for your subject matter (English, Maths, Science, Sport etc)
  • Radiate enthusiasm, friendliness, and approachability
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills
  • Approach the classroom with creativity and self-reflection
  • Build robust, supportive relationships with students of diverse needs

What We Offer

We offer a competitive daily rate of £84-£90 per day, paid term-time only (8:30am - 3:30pm). In addition, we provide ongoing training and development opportunities, a supportive network of education professionals, and the chance to gain valuable school experience and develop your career as a Teacher or Teaching Assistant.
