Nursery Manager Position

About the Role:
As a Nursery Manager at Connexzia, you will play a vital part in creating a safe, educational, and fun environment for the children in our care. Your role will involve supervising children, ensuring their safety, and organizing activities that promote learning and development.
About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification. You will need excellent communication skills, creativity, and a positive outlook to keep children happy and build a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise children and ensure their safety
- Organize and participate in activities that promote learning and development
- Develop and maintain the nursery budget
- Arrange marketing materials and monitor the condition of the facility and equipment
- Update parents and carers about their child's progress and behaviour
- Answer enquiries about enrolment, payments, and practices
- Develop and implement an age-appropriate program of annual events and activities
- Prepare the nursery for Ofsted inspections and follow inspector recommendations
