Job Title: Out of School Club Playworker

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Playworker to join our team at Ladybrook Primary School. As a Playworker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and engaging environment for children outside of school hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Engage with children in play and conversation, promoting social skills and emotional development.
  • Plan and set up activities for children to participate in, fostering creativity and imagination.
  • Meet and greet parents, providing feedback on their child's time at the club.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the children and the club.
  • Self-motivation, honesty, reliability, and a hardworking attitude.
  • Availability to work the advertised hours and attend regular training sessions.
