Job Title: Before, After School and Holiday Club Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Before, After School and Holiday Club Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our before, after school, and holiday clubs, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our pupils.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Programme Management: Plan, organise, and implement a variety of activities for children aged 3-11.
  • Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise club staff, ensuring legal ratios are met and making arrangements to ensure adequate staff are available.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining accurate records and ensuring all incidents are reported and addressed promptly.
  • Parental Engagement: Communicate effectively with parents and carers, handling any concerns or queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage bookings, payments, and club finances, preparing regular reports for the school leadership team.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children aged 5-11 in a similar setting.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding our children.
