Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Excellent Teaching Skills: Proven ability to deliver high-quality teaching and learning services to adult learners.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with learners, employers, and colleagues.

Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of apprenticeships policy and practice, as well as the rail industry and regulation, would be beneficial but is not essential.

Emotional Intelligence: High levels of emotional intelligence, encompassing self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and social skills.

Education and Qualifications: Relevant qualifications and/or experience in adult education, teaching, or a related field.

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the rail industry or adult education sector.
