About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive PR Account Executive to join our team at CMD Recruitment. As a key member of our PR team, you will be responsible for managing sales activity and lead generation, leading client meetings and pitches, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales pipelines and lead generation efforts
  • Lead client meetings and pitches to promote products and services
  • Identify new business opportunities and valuable prospects through research and networking
  • Qualify leads and develop customer journeys for each prospect
  • Acquire and retain clients as the primary point of contact
  • Deliver product demos and presentations, create client packages, and close sales
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's product suite
  • Facilitate communication between the PR team, marketing, and senior management
  • Present to prospects and clients, both virtually and in person
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to attract and nurture clients, and suggest service improvements
  • Provide input on automation techniques to enhance sales
  • Report sales performance to the Managing Director
About You

You will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, and a degree in marketing, sales, or business management is an advantage. Experience in lead generation, such as with HubSpot, and a strong solutions-focused mindset are essential.
