The primary focus of this role will be to determine the most effective sourcing strategies and carry out supplier selection and contract negotiations in accordance with business needs and internal protocols.


Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and sustain a comprehensive understanding of CloudPay's procurement needs.
• Establish robust and trustworthy relationships with business stakeholders, aligning with their strategic objectives.

• Facilitate the achievement of business goals by providing insightful and constructive feedback.
• Propose solutions that maximize value from expenditures while ensuring organizational success.
• Gain a thorough understanding of market trends, including key suppliers, cost influences, negotiation tactics, and associated risks.
• Organize and lead negotiations to achieve desired outcomes, including pricing, service quality, and essential contractual provisions.
• Foster collaborative partnerships with key suppliers to enhance performance, encourage continuous improvement, and mitigate potential risks.
• Offer effective support, guidance, and management to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for proposed sourcing strategies.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven track record in procurement with a solid grasp of procurement methodologies.
• Strong financial insight and commercial awareness with demonstrable experience in forward planning.
• Ability to forge strong and credible relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

• Proven capability in translating business needs into effective sourcing strategies that optimize value while meeting business objectives.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.


• Demonstrated experience in planning, leading, and executing supplier negotiation strategies while supporting business leaders and stakeholders throughout the process.
• Relevant experience in indirect procurement or specific industry experience is advantageous.
• CIPs or similar qualifications are preferred.
