Employee Relations Specialist

This HR ER Relations Partner position is ideal for an expert in employee relations and mediation, with a strong background in employment law and CIPD qualifications. The role requires a supportive and restorative approach, with a deep understanding of organisational policies and best practices.
Key responsibilities include providing guidance to leaders on conduct, behaviour, and performance issues, as well as managing cases and supervising a People Advisor. The ideal candidate will be able to model and promote restorative practices, offer legally sound advice, and collaborate with other People teams to ensure a seamless service.
Requirements include CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, membership with CIPD, and strong knowledge of employment law and case law. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Teams is also essential.
This is a key role in helping leaders manage people issues consistently, using a supportive and restorative approach grounded in our people policies and employment law best practices.
