We are seeking a skilled Change Manager to join our team at Golding Homes. As a Change Manager, you will play a critical role in implementing and leading the change function to support the successful delivery of our Transformation portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the PMO lead and project owners to identify the impact of change and support the delivery of key projects.
- Partner with members of the Business Change leadership team to manage risks and issues impacting successful project delivery.
- Assess the organization's readiness for change, considering factors such as colleague capabilities, culture, existing processes, and technology use.
- Act as the senior "bridge" between IT, Transformation, and wider business teams to support the effective delivery of projects.
- Proven experience leading and implementing change in a similar environment with specific responsibility for people-based change.
- Experience delivering complex change in a busy, fast-paced environment with multiple priority projects underway simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of various change methodologies.
- Experience of supporting training or user adoption is preferable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable insights.
- 37-hour working week.
- Annual salary of circa £58,000.
- Hybrid working arrangement.
