Requirements
  • Proven experience leading and implementing change in a similar environment with specific responsibility for people-based change.

  • Solid understanding of various change methodologies.
  • Experience of supporting training or user adoption is preferable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable insights.
