Accountancy Practice Manager

TPF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Manager to join their successful team.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Account Review: Handle accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders.
- Tax Computations: Review corporation tax and personal tax computations and returns.
- Assignment Management: Ensure completion of assignments within appropriate budget and time frames.
- Client Portfolio: Manage your own portfolio of clients, maintaining and building relationships with key individuals.
- Client Support: Proactively meet and talk to clients, provide support and advice as required, and be the point of contact at the firm.
- Trainee Support: Provide training and supervision to trainees.
- Networking and Business Generation: Engage in networking and business development to build your client portfolio.
- Reporting: Report to the Partners of the firm.
- Accountancy Practice Experience: Demonstrable and practical experience in accountancy practice.
- Qualifications: ACCA/ACA or QBE (or close to qualifications).
- Key Skills: Excellent client relationship skills, highly commercial approach, strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational and time management skills, proactive approach, prepared to go the extra mile, strong IT skills and willingness to learn new systems.
