Key Responsibilities- Client Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, providing proactive and reactive support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of accountants and support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed to a high standard.
- Qualifications: ACCA/ACA or QBE (or close to qualifications)
- Experience: Proven experience in accountancy practice, with a strong track record of client service and business development.
- Skills: Excellent client relationship skills, highly commercial approach, strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational and time management skills, proactive approach, and strong IT skills.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive remuneration package, including a salary of £35,000 - £45,000 (subject to qualifications and level of experience), 25 + Bank holidays, and Auto Enrolment pension scheme.
