- Implement holistic support interventions to promote companions' independence and well-being.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with companions, understanding their unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless delivery of support services.

- Identify and address risks or safeguarding concerns, ensuring the well-being of all companions.
Requirements:
- Practical experience supporting vulnerable adults, with a solid understanding of the challenges faced by those who have been homeless.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with companions and colleagues.
- Proficiency in IT and ability to maintain accurate records in our database.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the community.
