Müller Milk & Ingredients Maintenance and Repair Engineer

At Müller, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Repair Engineer to join our Bridgwater Dairy team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our dairy equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment faults to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with operators to optimize equipment performance and efficiency
  • Lead shift-based problem-solving and implement corrective actions
  • Support departmental 5S programmes and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Relevant maintenance and repair experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Electrical qualification and experience with multi-skilled maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
