About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Refresco Bridgwater. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our factory equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality maintenance services to support production operations
  • Rapidly diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system faults
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs on a wide range of equipment
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Team Leader to improve site efficiency and performance
  • Participate in factory improvement projects to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
  • L3 engineering qualification or time-served experience
  • Multi-skilled background with experience in maintenance engineering
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
