We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Wallace Hind Selection LTD. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer journey and contributing to overall business growth.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate customer records and data, providing regular feedback on customer trends and preferences, and managing incoming customer inquiries via various communication channels.

You will also be responsible for providing accurate and timely information regarding our products and services, resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

In this role, you will work closely with our business development team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and data
  • Providing regular feedback on customer trends and preferences
  • Managing incoming customer inquiries
  • Providing accurate and timely information regarding our products and services
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
