Job Description

Are you a motivated Banking & Finance Solicitor looking for a challenging role with a prestigious international firm? We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our dynamic team in Manchester, handling high-value transactions across multiple sectors and product lines.

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a Tier 1-ranked Banking & Finance team, focusing on lending and refinancing deals, private equity-backed acquisition financing, embedded finance transactions, and investment finance. You will engage in a wide range of legal matters, working closely with clients from technology, media, and telecoms industries, as well as energy, infrastructure, life sciences, healthcare, hospitality, and leisure.

Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should have at least 5 years of relevant PQE as a Banking & Finance Solicitor. A strong understanding of commercial law and experience in advising clients on complex financial transactions is essential.

Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Our firm offers a competitive benefits package, including a pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
