Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Assistant to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Match invoices to stock receipts and reconcile supplier accounts on a monthly basis
  • Prepare the quarterly VAT return for management review and administration of VAT from imports/exports
  • Produce remittance schedules from customer portals and resolve incomplete invoices manually
  • Ensure invoices and payments received are correctly posted and perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Experience working within a similar accounting role is required
  • Studying towards or fully AAT qualified is desirable
  • Ability to work well under pressure and possess strong organisational, time-management and interpersonal skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel is required
  • Ability to work well alone or as part of a team is required
