Job Title: Behavioural Support Assistant

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Primary School in the Trafford area

We are seeking a Behavioural Support Assistant to work with a Year 3 pupil in a SEN primary school. The ideal candidate will have a nurturing presence to redirect disruptive behaviour and be able to remain calm and offer positive solutions.

The successful candidate will engage with pupil's classwork and support any difficulties following the curriculum. This role is full-time and provides the possibility of a school contract after a successful trial period.

About the Role:

  • Pay: £83.85+ per day through PAYE
  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm
  • Benefits: On-site parking and easy access by bus or tram

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications and training for the role
  • Experience: Experience working with SEN pupils and knowledge of safeguarding practices
