Key Responsibilities- Undertake comprehensive assessments of referrals and admissions to our service, utilizing your expertise to diagnose and formulate management plans for complex presentations.
- Provide consultative, supervisory, and supportive roles to the multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective care delivery.
- Lead clinical decision-making in the multidisciplinary team, driving the delivery of high-quality care and ensuring adherence to national and professional guidelines.
- Develop and implement service clinical priorities, engaging with service transformation programs and contributing to the development of our mental health services.
- Provide clinical supervision to trainees, fostering their growth and development in core psychiatric experience and competencies.

To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Medical Degree and Specialist Register status with the GMC.
- MRCPsych or equivalent approved by the Royal College of Psychiatrists (desirable).
- Approved Clinician status (desirable).
