Succeeding in this role requires exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to motivate and guide a team of engineers and students.

You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in our large workshop/lab space, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained, and health and safety protocols are enforced.

This position demands a high level of technical competence, particularly in areas such as:

  • Advanced machining techniques
  • CAD design software
  • Materials science
  • Electrical systems integration

We seek an individual with a degree or equivalent experience in engineering, supplemented by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
