We are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Arnold Clark's Vauxhall branch in Blackpool. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering and sustaining an exceptional experience for all service and vehicle repair customers.

You will be responsible for handling all customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and professional manner. This includes liaising with the workshop and bodyshop to progress work through the system and controlling computer-based jobs, purchasing and invoice processes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about great customer service and enjoys exceeding expectations to create positive outcomes. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities.

About the Role
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Liaising with the workshop and bodyshop to progress work through the system.
  • Controlling computer-based jobs, purchasing and invoice processes, ensuring the financial interests of the customer and the company are protected.
  • Providing clear and accurate solutions to customers regarding any faults or repairs found on their vehicle.
  • Treating dissatisfied customers with empathy and understanding, reassuring them that we can solve any issues should they arise.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records, including vehicle details and service histories.
  • Maintaining knowledge of aftersales products and services, upselling where appropriate.
Key Skills and Requirements
  • Demonstrable passion for great customer service and the confidence to resolve any issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to explain complex information accurately and concisely to customers.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt within a busy environment.
  • Organisational skills to schedule work effectively, balancing customer needs and workshop capacity.
  • A full UK driving licence.

The salary for this role is £29,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including 33 days holiday allowance, generous retail discounts, private healthcare and pension scheme.
