We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Assessment and Coaching Professional to join our team at Pearson in Shropshire, United Kingdom. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training and assessments to learners.

About the Role

This is a temporary and flexible part-time role that requires the successful candidate to work under their own supervision, using their expertise to assess learner work in virtual and onsite classrooms. You will be responsible for ensuring allocated learners progress in line with target achievement dates and liaising with the Programme Manager for monitoring qualification progress.

  • To succeed in this role, you must have strong IAG, coaching, and mentoring skills, experience with Ofsted inspection framework, and sector-specific qualification – minimum L3 NVQ/Diploma in Healthcare with clinical experience.
  • You will also need to possess qualifications such as TAQA/A1/D32/33, V1/D34, Teaching qualification, and be able to work independently.
