Job Description:
Rural Health Group, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Operations Assistant to join our team in Enfield. As a clinical operations assistant, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide administrative support and manage day-to-day operations in the pharmacy department. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare setting and possess strong organizational and communication skills. A strong understanding of the Rural Health Group Core Competencies is essential, which include good judgment, effective communication, passion, honesty, responsibility, and job-specific skill set. Additionally, the successful candidate must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, strong written and oral communication skills, and a pleasant professional approach toward patients, providers, co-workers, and superiors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate patient records and data
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage day-to-day operations in the pharmacy department

Requirements:
- NCBOP registration within 30 days of employment
- Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a potentially stressful environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math skills
- Ability to interpret instructions and apply common sense understanding
- Computer skills to work with pharmacy computer system

Compensation:
This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $42,000-$58,000 based on location and experience. In addition to competitive compensation, Rural Health Group, Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan. EOEE.
