Care Leader Position

At Sanctuary Group, we strive to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Care Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to our residents, while also supporting the development of our care assistants.

We are looking for an experienced individual who can lead by example, demonstrating compassion, empathy, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of our residents, promoting their independence and well-being, and providing emotional support when needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience in care, with a strong understanding of individual care plans and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues. An NVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent qualification is desirable, but not essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £13.90 per hour, as well as a range of benefits, including 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata), complimentary meals during long shifts, and comprehensive training and development opportunities.
