We are seeking a highly motivated Child Development Professional to join our team in Peterborough. As a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse, you will have a minimum Level 3 qualification and knowledge of the EYFS.

About the Opportunity
  • This is an excellent opportunity to work in a nursery setting, using your skills and experience to support the development and care of young children.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and ensuring that all aspects of childcare are delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
  2. Proven experience working in a nursery setting
  3. Experience in a Key Person role, demonstrating a strong understanding of individual child development and care needs
  4. Ability to work part-time or full-time (24-40 hours per week)
  5. Preferably First Aid trained (training can be provided if necessary)
  6. Excellent team player, contributing positively to a collaborative and supportive work environment
  7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
