Job Overview
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong clinical leadership skills and experience of working in a care environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care to our residents, managing a team of healthcare professionals, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to residents
- Oversee the implementation of care plans and ensure that they are tailored to meet the individual needs of each resident
- Manage and develop staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care
- Contribute to the development of care policies and procedures
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) qualification and current NMC registration
- Experience of working in a care environment, preferably in a senior leadership role
- Strong clinical leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of care policies and procedures
