We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Central Employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing stock management, material replenishment, and ensuring the smooth flow of production materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the stock and reconciliation process, ensuring accuracy and efficient tracking of materials.
  • Take responsibility for all material and replenishment processes across the factory to meet production demands.
  • Generate reports from ERP systems (Syspro, SAGE, or SAP) and perform cycle counting, adjusting inventories as needed.
  • Lead the inventory coordination team, ensuring accurate kitting, following plans, and maintaining smooth production flow.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure materials are available on time and production targets are met.
