Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in Brighton. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and driving business growth in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive distribution, availability, and merchandising in key accounts and independent retailers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their commercial skills and capabilities.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory and work in a fast-paced environment.
