About the Role

This pivotal position involves managing complex, multi-regional opportunities across the UK and EMEA, working closely with business development teams to implement best practices for proposal processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing strategic plans for high-stakes RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
  • Creating compelling executive summaries and tailoring practice materials to showcase the firm's unique strengths and value.
  • Conducting thorough business assessments to determine project viability and presenting recommendations.
  • Collaborating with Business Development Managers and lead lawyers to develop competitive fee proposals.
  • Managing database updates and tracking proposal outcomes to drive process improvements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A proven background in managing high-pressure proposals within professional services, with expertise in RFPs and experience engaging senior leadership effectively.
  • Strong writing, editing, and research skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear language.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and relevant digital platforms (Dynamics experience advantageous).
What We Offer
