Tameside, United Kingdom Teaching Personnel Full time
About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a "GOOD" performing school in the Tameside area, as part of a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aid students in their daily school life, providing additional support as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers to help with classroom work and lessons.
  • Monitor students' progress and work with staff to ensure targeted levels are maintained.
  • Contribute to the development of students' skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive and nurturing attitude towards students.
  • Punctuality and reliability, as students rely on support throughout the day.
  • Good relationship-building skills and ability to work collaboratively with staff.

This role requires a calm, confident, and considerate individual who can make a positive impact on students' lives. While experience in a similar area is ideal, it's not essential. What's more important is a passion for supporting students' progress and a willingness to learn and develop.

The salary for this role is £400-£500 per week, dependent on prior experience and qualifications. If you're a motivated and caring individual who wants to make a difference in students' lives, we encourage you to apply.
