About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Professional to join our team at Teaching Personnel.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with children and young people who require additional support in a SEMH/PRU provision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering creative and engaging lessons.
  • Act as a positive role model for students and promote expected behaviour.
  • Encourage independence and assist in the assessment of pupils learning and development.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a Pupil Referral Unit or with children with SEMH needs is desirable.
  • Ability to adapt to different situations and needs.
  • Full-time availability within school hours.
