About the Job: As an Educator for Inclusive Classrooms, you will be responsible for creating a positive and structured learning environment for students with behavioral needs. The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in behaviour management.

Job Description:

  • The successful candidate will work with small class sizes of seven students, ranging in age from Reception through Year 6.
  • You will teach across three ARP classrooms, each supported by a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) and a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA).
  • The role requires excellent behaviour management skills and a compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to teaching.
