The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teacher to support students' academic, social, and emotional development. As a member of our team, you will work closely with parents, caregivers, and other professionals in partner schools to create an inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of students with SEND.
  • Create and manage Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to promote student progress.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
  • Foster a supportive classroom environment that promotes inclusivity and diversity.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants and other support staff to deliver high-quality education.
  • Engage with parents and caregivers to provide regular updates on student progress.
  • Liaise with external agencies and professionals to support student development.
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being among students.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary estimated at £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
