The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teacher to support students' academic, social, and emotional development. As a member of our team, you will work closely with parents, caregivers, and other professionals in partner schools to create an inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of students with SEND.
- Create and manage Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to promote student progress.
- Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Foster a supportive classroom environment that promotes inclusivity and diversity.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and other support staff to deliver high-quality education.
- Engage with parents and caregivers to provide regular updates on student progress.
- Liaise with external agencies and professionals to support student development.
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being among students.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching children or young people with SEND.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the school and students.
Compensation and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary estimated at £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
