Job Description
This SEN Teaching Assistant role is responsible for supporting students with special educational needs in our Barking location. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing personalized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Collaborating with educators and other support staff to ensure seamless delivery of educational programs
- Providing individualized support to students with special educational needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field from a prestigious UK university
- Relevant experience working with children, especially those with special educational needs
- Strong skills in behaviour management and clear communication
What We Offer
- A competitive salary package: £19,000 - £21,000 per annum (approximately £450-£500 per week)
