We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Home Improvement Agency (HIA) team as an Apprentice Support Officer. As an Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to develop transferable skills, knowledge, and behaviours while making a real difference to the lives of vulnerable members of our community.

About the Role

This is a newly created position, providing excellent development and career opportunities. You will be mentored by our experienced Support Officer Team Leader, who will support your on-going development and help you achieve your full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the HIA team in delivering services to vulnerable members of the community.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including service users, partners, and colleagues.
  3. Contribute to the development and implementation of projects and initiatives that benefit the community.
