We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Home Improvement Agency (HIA) team as an Apprentice Support Officer. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable members of our community.

About the Role

This is a newly created position, providing excellent development and career opportunities for an apprentice to join our team and be mentored by our experienced Support Officer Team Leader. As an Apprentice Support Officer, you will work closely with our team to provide support and assistance to our clients, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide support and assistance to clients, helping them to access the services they need.
  2. Work closely with our team to identify and address the needs of our clients.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of projects and initiatives that benefit our clients and the community.
