We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced surveyor to join our Estates Team within Property Services. As a General Practice Surveyor, you will be responsible for undertaking asset valuations, general valuations of Council property assets, and a wide range of other professional duties.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified surveyor with extensive experience of commercial valuation. You will use your judgement and experience pragmatically to make decisions, interpret and apply national legislation, providing guidance and applying relevant Council policy.

You should be able to demonstrate a commitment to the principles of customer care, while displaying excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A link to the role profile is included at the bottom of the advert, which outlines the key responsibilities and requirements of the position.

The successful applicant will be involved in a wide range of surveying activity, including acquisitions & disposals, landlord & tenant management, property development related tasks, and providing a broad range of professional advice on property matters.
