We are seeking an experienced and motivated Staff Nurse to join our expanding Children's nursing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assessing the care needs of patients and developing individualized care plans
- Providing high-quality nursing care to patients, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient progress
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participating in education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Assisting with the supervision and coordination of other staff members as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- RSCN or RN (Child Branch) qualification
- Teaching and Assessing qualification
- Experience of taking charge on shift of the ward
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude to service developments and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
