We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Children's Nurse to join our expanding Children's Nursing Team at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and plan care for patients, implementing and evaluating programs without direct supervision.
- Assist with education and supervision of learners, developing self and others professionally.
- Take charge of the ward or shift, supervising and coordinating other staff as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- RSCN or RN (Child Branch) qualification.
- Teaching and Assessing qualification.
- Experience of taking charge on shift of the ward.
