- Use evidence-based practice to plan and deliver care that meets the individual needs of patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure that care is coordinated and effective.
- Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives to ensure that care is of the highest standard.
- Registered Nurse Level 1 qualification.
- ENB 998 or equivalent.
- Experience of working in a palliative care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
