Job Title: HR Generalist - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a 6 month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will work closely with our HR Managers to deliver ER case work across all aspects, including performance management, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ER case work across all aspects, including performance management, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence issues.
  • Work with HR Managers to upskill managers in training workshops.
  • Mentor and coach the HR Co-ordinator to develop them to build their career to Advisory level.
  • Conduct a full review of the current HR policies, benchmarking them against the context to the business and building a framework around them, including roll out.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Qualified.
  • Experienced at Senior HR Advisor / HRBP Level.
  • Strong Employment Law knowledge.
  • Evidence of resolving high levels of ER cases.
  • Policy review experience.
  • Partnered a diversified workforce such as within Retail or Logistics sectors.
  • Coached and influenced a broad spectrum of management styles.
  • Ideally operated within a regulated / unionised environment.
