Senior Associate Solicitor

Birketts is seeking a highly experienced Senior Associate Solicitor to join our Employment team in our Sevenoaks office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional legal advice to our clients, with a focus on employment law.
About the RoleWe are looking for a solicitor with 6+ years of experience in employment law, gained within a well-regarded city, regional or national firm. You will have a strong knowledge of the law and be able to think commercially and analytically to provide accurate and practical advice to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide legal advice to clients on employment law matters, including general employment issues, drafting service agreements and contracts of employment, and employment litigation in the employment tribunal.
- Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice and solutions.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our Employment practice, including attending networking events and supporting on tenders and pitches.
- Play an active role in marketing and practice development, and provide a prominent level of service to existing clients.
