Junior Financial Controller Apprenticeship

Netcompany is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team as a Junior Financial Controller Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a range of accountancy duties, including invoicing, expense allocation, and trade receivables management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Approve staff expenses in line with policy and HMRC rules
  • Post and send client invoices and purchase invoices
  • Bank postings and reconciliations
  • Management of trade receivables and resolving issues with the business
  • Crown Commercial Services reconciliation
  • Credit Card reconciliation
Requirements:
  • A Levels or Equivalent, ideally in a Business, Mathematics, or Economics discipline
  • A flair and natural interest in finance, corporate control environments, and accounting
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Ability to work well towards deadlines
  • A team player willing to assist and support other staff members as required
  • A loyal individual looking to progress within the firm and become a long-standing team member
  • Able to communicate excellently in English, both verbally and in writing
Training and Development:

As a Junior Financial Controller Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in accounting and finance through our comprehensive training program. You will work closely with our local UK Finance Manager and the business to gain a deep understanding of our financial model and operations.
